Andre Rainey

Vice-Chairman of The Mary Leak Foundation. He is also a Vice President of Paris Estate Corporation as well as a Los Angeles Police Officer. He received a Bachelor of Arts from California State University - Fullerton in Criminal Justice.

Sean Clarke

Born and raised in Hamden Connecticut, he attended Hopkins Day School with Chairman Paris and subsequently matriculated to Boston College's Carroll School of Management. He currently works as an accountant for Boston College’s Auxiliary Services Department. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Paris Estate Corporation.

Nelia Bendana

Currently employed with Paris Estate Corporation as Assistant to the CEO and Secretary to the Board of Directors. 

Anthony Gales

Is currently employed with Crisell & Associates, LLP as a manager where he is involved in all levels of accounting, tax compliance and planning for a wide range of business clients and high net worth individuals. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration, Concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. 

James Matthews

Currently employed as a Manager of Corporate Finance at Tetra Tech, Inc., where he is involved in Asset Valuation Analysis, Purchase Price Accounting, and preparation of year end Financial Reports. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. 

Jimmy-Lee Moore

Currently employed as a sixth,  seventh and eighth grade reading teacher at Wexler-Grant School. He has been involved in many community programs as a: New Haven Scholarship Fund Board Member, Vice President of the Greater New England Alliance of Black School Educators, Chair of the Curriculum Committee for the Nannie Helen Burroughs School/Community Baptist Church, and Chairperson of the Black Parent Teacher Organization. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee. He is also pursuing a Masters in Special Education. He has been a mentor to Chairman Paris for 25 years.

Corina Graham

Retired in 2010. Was formerly employed as a Senior Consultant for Telcordia Technologies. She is a Telecommunications Professional with specialized experience in Service Order Standards and Service Negotiation, Activation, Access Services, Operations Support Systems, Business Process Analysis, Interconnection Analysis, Marketing Strategies, Design for center staffing, workload identification, analysis, assignment, follow through and result evaluation.

Allyson Martinez

Currently employed as an In-House Attorney for Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart, & Sullivan. Holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and American Literature from Brown University as well as a Juris Doctorate, conferred from The George Washington University Law School.

Ngozi Ogbuawa

Was formerly employed as a Public Health Advisor for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Currently holds a Master of Public Health from Morehouse School of Medicine, a Master of Science from Brunel University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brown University in Bio-Medical Ethics.

Andre Barnes

Currently self-employed working on internal and external software projects. He has over 10 years experience of technical expertise in Technologies and Tools (including .NET Framework, Visual Studio.NET, etc.), Programming Languages (Javascript, Visual Basic, JQuery, etc.), Design Patterns/Architecture (OOP, MVP, and N-Tier), and Database and Data Access (ADO.Net, SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, Access, FoxPro, and MySQL). Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University in 1999.
